Independent accredited 3^rd party tested per ASTM E119, consistent with the UL Wall Design U423 construction, to meet a 1 hour & 2 hour Fire Rating without caulk.

The tested 1 hour fire rated wall construction consisted of: 18mil VersaDry Track, VersaDry Fire Clips, 1 layer of 5/8” Type X Gypsum, & 20ga 3-5/8” studs spaced 16”OC
The tested 2 hour fire rated wall construction consisted of: 18mil VersaDry Track, VersaDry Fire Clips, 2 layers of 5/8” Type X Gypsum, & 20ga 3-5/8” studs spaced 16”OC

Acoustical Performance:

3rd part tested per ASTM E90-09 and calculated per ASTM E413-16

STC = 45 for Non-Fire Rated 18mil VersaDry Track w/ 1 layer of 5/8” Type X Gypsum
